If you need your order information to inform the developer, you can check it in your own Smile One account. Log in to your account and open the history tab to see all your orders already placed. You can also check the email you received after the purchase, it contains all the information you need. Smile One does not provide receipt based only on UID and is not responsible for third-party purchases.
Can I buy Smile Coins?
Currently Smile Coins are only available on the Smile One page of the Brazilian market. The site does not yet have a set date for implementing smile coins on the pages of other markets.
If you are interested in using Smile Coins to buy on the Brazilian market page, first check if the product you want to buy can be used globally or if it is restricted to Brazil. Then, contact Smile One on Facebook or Instagram, communicating your interest in purchasing the coins. The Smile One team will guide you on how to proceed.
I don't live in the Philippines. Can I buy anyway?
Yes, it is possible, provided that certain conditions are met. First check if the product you want to buy is available globally. Then check if you have access to the payment method available on the Smile One website.
What is CPF?
To make a purchase on Smile One's Brazil page, you must provide some personal data, among them is the CPF. The CPF is the taxpayer identification number. Only Brazilian citizens and some foreigners have it. Obviously, you don’t need it in Philippines page.
Can I buy Smile Coins with a credit card?
No, the only payment methods available to buy Smile Coins are: Digital Wallet, Boleto, Bank Deposit and Lottery. Remember that Smile Coins are currently only available on the Brazil page.

Is Smile One reliable?
Smile One has partnership with the developers of the games and products offered in the store. All products are authorized to be sold by its developers. Often our partners are posting on their social media about our store.
Can I be one affiliate of Smile One?
Smile One currently does not have an affiliate program for partners who wish to resell the store's products. However, it is possible that there will be a program in this direction in the future. Follow us on social media to be always informed.
